Truancy

| From School: This action shall be considered a voluntary withdrawal. To be re-admitted to school, parent or guardian must accompany the student, and make up time missed. From Class: The student must make up the time missed and make arrangements with the teacher for the class work missed. Teachers have the discretion on whether or not a student may make up missed work for credit. The school will notify parents of the truancy. Leaving the Premises: A student may not leave the school premises during the school hours without specific permission from a school administrator. If given permission, the student should sign out in the Office and sign in on return. Students will be responsible for completing missed work. |
