Head of School Position
Bethlehem Academy, a grade 6-12 Dominican Catholic high school, is seeking candidates for the Head of School position.

Located in Faribault, Minnesota (approximately 35 miles south of the Twin Cities metropolitan area), Bethlehem Academy educates 225 students in grades 6-12 in a strong college preparatory and general education curriculum. Founded in 1865 by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, and now sponsored by Dominican Veritas Ministries, the school offers a rich history filled with tradition and strong community support.
Responsibilities and Duties Overview:
- Lead the school in maintaining good relations with school families, personnel, constituents, community contacts, local and surrounding parishes, and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
- Operate as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. Manage and interact with the Board to drive the school’s success.The Head of School also serves on the Board’s Finance Committee and Advancement Committee.
- Develop the strategic plan for long-term stability and growth of the school.
- Position effective July 1, 2025.
Qualifications:
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, with a strong, living commitment to Gospel values and the Catholic faith.
- Advance degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Educational leadership experience, preferably in a similar administrative leadership position.
