Catholic Schools Week Field Trip Information: February 2, 2023

This year, we are excited to bring back our Catholic Schools Week field trip for Bethlehem Academy on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Along with a joint Mass, buddy day, talent show, and other activities that week, scholars will participate in a day-long field trip and service project. See details below:

Thursday – February 2, 2023

Middle School (6-8^th Grades): Cost $25, includes pizza lunch

Scholars may create Valentine cards in the morning. The bus will pick up from BA at 10:30 a.m.; depart by 10:40 a.m. Scholars will go to SpareTime Bowling in Owatonna (333 SE 18th St, Owatonna, MN 55060).

MS Field Trip Schedule

11:00 a.m.: Arrival and directions
11:15 a.m.: 6^th Grade Laser Tag; 7^th Grade Bowling; 8^th Grade Pizza
Noon: 8^th Grade Laser Tag; 6^th Grade Bowling; 7^th Grade Pizza
12:45 p.m.: 7^th Grade Laser Tag; 8^th Grade Bowling; 6^th Grade Pizza
1:30 p.m. Depart

Grades 9-11: Cost $25, includes pizza lunch. Pick up from BA at 7:50 a.m.; Depart by 8 a.m.

            Schedule:
            9:00 a.m. - 1^st Stop: Feed My Starving Children-18732 Lake Dr E, Chanhassen, MN 55317
             (9:00 AM - 10:45 AM – Depart by 11 a.m.)

11:30 a.m. 2^nd Stop: Whirly Ball - 2405 E Old Shakopee Rd. Bloomington, MN 55425

11:30 a.m. - Juniors eat first; Sophomores Whirly Ball; Freshman - Bowling
12:00 p.m. - Sophomores eat; Freshman Whirly Ball; Juniors Bowling
12:30 p.m. - Freshman eat; Juniors Whirly Ball; Sophomores Bowling

1:30 p.m. – Depart, arrive back at BA by 2:30-2:40 p.m.

**We need a few more parent volunteers for this group as we need adults, 18 or older, to seal the food packs. Email me if you can assist! mreeder@bacards.org**

Seniors: Cost $25 – they will have a school bag lunch. Pick up from BA at 7:50 a.m., depart by 8:00 a.m.

(9:00 AM - 10:45 AM – Depart by 10:55 a.m.-Bag lunches – eat on bus.)
11:30 a.m. - 2^nd Stop: Game Show Battles - 8836 7th Ave N-Golden Valley, MN 55427
1:00 p.m. – Depart, arrive back at BA by 2:30 p.m.

Scholars have received a paper permission form. You can also find the forms at the links below. Please send this back before January 27^th to confirm your scholar’s attendance. If you prefer to have us add the $25 to your child’s tuition account, please note that on the form.
