Head of School Search Update, October 3, 2024

The Bethlehem Academy Head of School Search Committee is pleased to announce that we are relaunching the search for our next dynamic school leader.  To support our efforts, the BA Board of Directors has retained the services of Catholic School Management (CSM), a division of Christian Brothers Services.  

CSM will help promote the search, recruit applicants, and screen candidates. The BA Search Committee will then conduct interviews with the most qualified candidates. Our goal is to have a new Head of School hired and ready to start on July 1, 2025. 

We are, together with CSM, posting this position in multiple places. Applications will be accepted through November 14, 2024. And speaking of that - often the best candidates are not actively looking for a position, until someone presents a new opportunity.  Toward that end, we ask you to help us spread the word about our Head of School opening.  Please…

• Post the position prospectus on your LinkedIn page and ask others to share.  Post on your other social media platforms as well.
• Email the prospectus to friends, relatives, colleagues.  Even if they themselves are not likely candidates, they may know others who are.
• Bring this up in conversation.  Often, someone will say “have you advertised in…”  If so, please let us know and we will follow up.  
• Let us know of potential candidates so that the Search Committee and/or CSM may approach them with next steps. Please send any leads to csmoffice@cbservices.org.
