Join us for the 14th Annual
SMART Ride Challenge!!
The SMART Challenge Ride is a three-day bike ride that raises scholarship dollars for students attending Bethlehem Academy, an Dominican Catholic grade 6-12 prep school in Faribault, MN. Since the first ride in 2012, this event has raised over $495,000 for Bethlehem Academy students! 
 


This year's ride is from Thursday, July 24 through Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Tentative Schedule:

Thursday, July 24:  Ride from BA to Albert Lea / Myre Big Island State Park, set up camp for the night. 

Friday, July 25:  Ride from Myre Big Island/Albert Lea north toward Waseca area, then cut back to Faribault / BA. 

Saturday, July 26: Gather at BA in morning, depart 8am/8:30am to the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail:

  • Option 1: Ride Sakatah Trail to Elysian (approximately 24 miles and return to total a 50 mile day)
  • Option 2: Continue on to Madison Lake (approximately 30 miles and return for a 60 mile day)
  • Option 3: Continue out to Mankato area (approximately 40 miles and return for an 80 mile day)
Bicycle for BA! Saturday's ride is a GREAT way to participate and have distance options.
Ride one day or three - all are welcome to participate!
