ACCESSING YOUR BA EMAIL ON A PERSONAL DEVICE

Bethlehem Academy’s email service is through Microsoft 365.  It is built on Microsoft’s corporate email service known as Exchange. 

You can access your school email on a personal device such as:

• Home/Personal Computer
• iPhone/iPad
• Android phone/tablet

Home/ Personal Computer

The easiest way to access your BA school email on a home or personal computer is through web access.

You may find the link to the website on the BA website under the Student Central Resources as well as the Technology Resources. 

Or, you may use one of these links:

(and then open the Outlook web app)

iPhone/iPad

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down to Mail
3. Select Accounts
4. Add Account
5. Choose Exchange for the service type
6. Enter your Bethlehem Academy Microsoft 365 email address ( ) and a description of your account (i.e. BA Email). Tap Next.
7. Tap Sign In
8. Enter the password associated with your email account. Tap Sign in or Next.
9. The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap Accept.
10. Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. You're done!

Android Phone/Tablet

We recommend installing the Outlook app on an Android device for accessing your school email.

1. Open the Outlook for Android app on your Android device.
2. Select Add Account to add your school email account.
3. Enter your school email address and follow the prompts to authenticate the account.
4. Outlook may detect and pre-select your email account. Tap Continue to add that account, or tap Skip this account to enter the email address of a different account, and then enter your password and follow the prompts.

Note:  your Bethlehem Academy email account is through Microsoft 365.  The email service is Exchange.
